Ashley brings more than a decade of enterprise technology leadership to Mankind AI. Before founding the firm, she spent over ten years leading technology and customer programs at Fortune 500 technology companies — earning a VP Award for a global CRM rollout, onboarding 400+ sales professionals, and cutting customer wait times 40% while clearing a backlog of 3,500+ cases. In an earlier role she managed customer programs delivering $5M in revenue and 11% year-over-year growth through major supply-chain disruption. As an IT Project Manager in higher education, she led a HIPAA-compliant CRM integration and website overhaul — working hands-on with student information systems (SIS) like Jenzabar and Ellucian and CRM platforms including HubSpot — that drove 50% efficiency gains in the Business Office and a 40% workload reduction in Student Affairs.

In 2024 she founded Mankind AI & Technology Services to put that experience to work for small and mid-size businesses — pairing disciplined project management with hands-on AI engineering. Today she designs and ships the multi-agent automation systems, AI tools, and content-generation pipelines that power MKAI's client work. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from Western Carolina University, a Project Management certificate, and is completing IBM's Generative AI certificate.
