Service engagements begin upon mutual agreement of scope, timeline, and pricing. Discovery calls and initial consultations are provided at no cost and carry no obligation.
3. Payment
Payment is due as outlined in individual service agreements. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers via Square. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, workflows, and business information as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Custom automations, agents, and workflows built for you are your property upon final payment. We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary techniques.
6. Limitation of Liability
MKAI's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services. Form submissions, email addresses, and scheduling data are stored securely and used solely for service delivery and communication.
